1. Agreement to terms
These Terms apply to all visitors and clients. Project-specific terms — scope, price, timeline, and deliverables — are confirmed separately in a signed proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over this general page in the event of a conflict.
2. Our services
Bixily Digital provides design, development, and digital marketing services. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in a written proposal agreed to by both parties before work begins.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon final payment. We retain the right to reuse general methods and non-confidential know-how, and may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
4. Payment terms
- Projects are typically billed via a deposit followed by milestone or completion payments.
- Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance.
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
- Work may be paused on accounts more than 30 days past due.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bixily Digital's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice as specified in the project proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
